WE ARE CONVENIENT TO WORK WITH:
- work in a system with a well-defined algorithm for action sequencing;

- work under contract and official acceptance of payment to the current account;
- flexible system for calculating the cost of work based on the client-chosen category of designer, stylistic solution and degree of project documentation maturity;

QUALITY ASSURANCE:
- providing a 2-step prove-out of all work performed before sending it to the client for approval;
- guaranteeing contracted level of work equivalent to the work presented on our website;
- each project is coordinated by a project manager;
- working in a professional CRM system, which allows us to clearly monitor and comply with the deadlines;
- only dedicated professionals make our team. Our rules specify that we dismiss unprofessional and ineffective specialists. All the designers hold a specialized degree and take an annual internal technical knowledge exam.

These are specialists who hold higher specialization degrees, and who have passed a careful selection process for getting hired to our studio. From 5 interns, as a rule, we select only 1 specialist.

The work of each INTERMEDIATE-LEVEL designer is checked by their supervisor – TOP-LEVEL designer.

INTERMEDIATE-LEVEL designers are best suited to work on simple projects, such as apartments and small houses in the middle- and economy-class segments. TOP-LEVEL designers are best suited to work on PREMIUM-segment facilities.
